What I would like to see in FFXIII-3

Well Toriyama said he would like to expand more on "The step Lightning took in the DLC Requiem of the Goddess secret ending" hinting at a possible FFXIII-3, so here's what I would like to see in FFXIII-3:
Characters:
I want the main characters to be playable not monsters (monsters was fun and all but I still prefer the humans.)
Battle System:
Mix it up a little bit, have it a little like Xenosaga 2 with certain characters on the battlefield have some special attacks with other characters. Let the characters have more than one Full ATB Skill (it's gives more variety with the characters.) Let more bosses have Cinematic Actions. (More than s
